Chengkang ZHANG Ph.D., is a Assistant Specialist in the Department of
Pharmacology at University of California, Irvine. He is a young neuroscientist studying the development of central nervous system and neuropharmacology. Dr. Zhang received his Ph.D. from the
Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology at Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2002, working on molecular biology and bioinformatics. He has published 10 papers in peer-reviewed journals, including PNAS, JBC and JCEM.
Zhang also serves as a reviewer for three international journals in
molecular biology and pharmacology research fields.
